1. Introduction

Welcome to TheVault Comps. By accessing our website and participating in our competitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

TheVault Comps is a skill-based competition platform operated by TheVault Comps Ltd, a UK registered company.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to enter
  • You must be a UK resident
  • You must provide valid identification if requested
  • Employees of TheVault Comps and their immediate families are not eligible to enter

3. How to Enter

To enter our competitions, you must:

  • Correctly answer the skill-based question
  • Purchase your desired number of tickets
  • Complete all required information at checkout

Alternatively, you may enter for free via our postal entry route (see Free Entry Route page).

4. Skill Question Requirement

All entries must answer the skill question correctly to be eligible. This ensures compliance with UK gambling regulations. The skill question is designed to test knowledge and is not based purely on chance.

5. Ticket Purchase

  • Tickets are sold at the price displayed on each competition page
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded
  • You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct

6. The Draw

  • Competitions close when all tickets are sold
  • The winner is selected using a certified random number generator
  • The draw will be conducted within 48 hours of the competition closing
  • The winner will be contacted via email and phone
  • Winners will be announced on our website and social media

7. Prize Delivery

Cash prizes will be transferred to the winner's nominated bank account straight away after the draw. The winner must provide valid bank details for the transfer.

8. Limitation of Liability

TheVault Comps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our competitions.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering our competitions, you consent to the processing of your data for competition purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in our competitions constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
